Duties and Qualifications;-

He should be a fully qualified Solicitor

- 35 years of age, with not less than 7 years'

experience (apart from articles) in a firm or firms

of good standing having a large common law and

Chancery practice in London.

He should in addition have a good knowledge

of Company Law.

The Registrar, being Master of the Court,

should be able to exercise judicial control in matters

of taxation, and references, &c » » which come before

# him in that capacity,
